Assistant Executive Officer
  • Job Location: Jakarta Selatan – Jakarta Raya 

Job Description
  • Experience in admin officer, such us : Mailing, General Affair, Booking ticket / hotel.
  • Experience in arrange schedule for director / C-Level.
  • Experience as admin payment and verification for vendor / merchant / warehouse.
  • Oversees the operation of office accounts, and plans and monitors expenditures; as appropriate, develops and/or coordinates budgets for the office and associated accounts.
  • Active and inisiative person.

Requirement
  • Min Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major.
  • Preferred Female and good looking.
  • At least 3 years experience in Admin Officer / Secretary.
  • Good Communication skills, English is a must.
