HRGA OFFICER
Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating and arranging human resource activities to support the company’s operational activities in accordance with the prevailing company and government laws and regulations as well as performing office general affairs (logistics, business travel, hotel, transportation, site office & asset maintenance and housekeeping) to ensure all general affairs services are provided in accordance with company policy, on time and support the overall project.
  • Perform compensation and benefit activities for employees in accordance with the prevailing company and government laws and regulations relating to human resources to ensure all employees rights are managed well to support the company’s operations.
  • Maintain employee data into the HR information system database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date.
  • Conduct administrative HR duties such as liaising with healthcare facilities for sick employees, issuing reference letters, as well as to prepare workforce permits and other obligations regarding human resources by liaising with the local Department of Labor.
  • Coordinate and arrange business travel such as ticketing, accommodation and transportation and to ensure they are well arranged and on time.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and housekeeping to ensure site office is well maintained.
  • Coordinate office asset maintenance regularly to ensure all assets are well maintained and operational ready.
  • Maintain and coordinate office logistic needs, ensuring all site office logistics are always available and in accordance with the logistical needs of the project.
  • Control the availability of the transportation, accomodation, meals of all employees on site area to meet the availability of facilities for the employees.

Job requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in all major
  • Minimum  3 years experience in similar position
  • Required Competencies : Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Employee Relation, People Development, Remuneration System, Payroll, General Affairs
  • Good communication, leadership & managerial skills and has to be passionate in human resources
  • Good command in English both verbal and written

GENERAL AFFAIR SUPERVISOR
Job responsibilities

  • Control and supervise the maintenance of Site Office facilities in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures to apply the smooth and successful operational in general affairs in company.
  • To maintain the condition of cleanliness and tidiness around site office and site facilities area in accordance with company standard so the condition of the office area is comfortable for the occupants and visitors.
  • To provide the routine operational needs of the office (stationary, drinking water, etc.) in the area of responsibility according to the standard facilities to support the company operational activities.
  • To arrange the availability of catering for all guests and employees in the office area so that all the visitors and employees in the office area gained the consumption in accordance with the standards established by the company.
  • To prepare the infrastructure and facilities to support the company activities which held in the offices and facilities to support the smooth company operational.
  • To plan the arrangement of the seating arrangement and set the procedures so that all employees and gusts can use the facilities of the company in accordance with the functions and purposes.
  • To coordinate the liscense visit for both local and foreign guest who come to visit the area to conform to the regulations set by company and local governments.
  • To coordinate the required permissions associated with the extention of work permit, stay permit and other permits of foreign workers that company needs to comply set by company or local government.
  • To coordinate and monitor the site transportation so the employees and guest mobilization activities can runs smoothly in accordance with the interests of employees and guests.
  • To coordinate with the security personnel in order of consistency security procedures to make sure the company in safe and conducive conditions.
Job requirement

RECRUITER
Job responsibilities

  • To conduct overall recruitment and selection activities to fulfill manpower needs based on agreed organization structure to fulfill business needs.
  • To establish and maintain relationship with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring based on business needs.
  • To conduct the interview with the applicants to obtain work history, training, education, and job skills.
  • To perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using some sources.
  • To prepare and maintain the employment records.
  • To contact the applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
  • To screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
  • To arrange for interviews and provide travel arrangement if necessary.
  • To make the regular report for recruitment activities to Hiring Manager and the Management to inform the progress of the recruitment.
Job requirement
  • Minimum S1 majoring Psychology (Psychologist is preferred)
  • Minimum  3 years experience in similar position (from Power Plant Construction, Oil & Gas and Heavy Industry)
  • Required Competencies : Interviewing Skills, Selection Method, Recruitment Management
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command in English both verbal and written
  • Willing to have frequently travel 

PROJECT ENGINEER
Job responsibilities

  • To develop pre-feasibility studies to support management decision on assigned projects
  • To determine project specification by studying product design, customer requirements and performance standards to obtain information on Technical activities related to the project
  • To develop budget forecasting for project specification and other technical activities related to company’s project by using appropriate technology
  • To make an analysis on technology area for the purpose of running the power plant projects in order to generate electricity in efficient and effective way
  • To maintain and communicate with the clients in regards to their interests and requirements to assigned projects by enforcing applicable procedures, rules and regulations in Indonesia
  • To cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Job requirement
  • Candidate preferable possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Renewable Energy Engineering  or equivalent.
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Project Management, analysis, Engineering Design
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Renewable Energy Engineering or equivalent
