Copywriter ( Freelancer )
- Monitor Purchase Request, Cash Advance process through SAP in daily report to check each of PRF already completed.
- Document PO and Invoice based on requested PRF and prepare consumed budget from PRF
- Ensuring all goods and services are purchased on time, to specification.
- Monitoring the operation to make sure that it is aligned with policy and procedure, and all the document needed is complete and well-recorded.
- Performing record keeping, follow-up and reporting activities on organizational purchases.
- Provides routine administrative support.
- Coordinate with other division to solve the problem related to procurement
- Bachelor degree, preferrably from Digital/Advertising/Mass Communicaton/Journalism/Administration/IT
- Minimum 1 years of experience as Merchandiser or Admin
- Microsoft Office, especially good in Ms. Excel
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa
- Good interpersonnal skill
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Shopper Marketing Tools
